This doesn't happen very often, and when it does their is almost always something else to do! 

Just keep in mind that we book you're appointment based on your needs and to the exclusivity of all others. However, we don't over charge either. If you book a half day and only need two hours you'll always get the lowest rate! We do this because their is nothing worse than not having enough time to complete a project. We would rather you over book then under book.  

This depends on how heavy the schedule is for that day. Only need a few minutes? Who cares... An additional hour or two? This would likely mess up other appointments.

We are handyman, not contractors. Contractors are paid to make sure the right people show up and get the job done. Handyman trade time for expertise.
