Foggy or Broken Windows - $300

Plus the cost of glass.

So long as the window sash or door insert with the broken or foggy glass is removable, we work with a glass shop that can replace your glass in a day or two 99% of the time. For door inserts and tempered glass it usually takes longer.

The process is very simple. I show up, remove the sash or insert with the broken or foggy glass and board up the window. Then we deliver the frame to the glass shop. They call you with a quote, you pay them over the phone and when it's ready we pick it up and reinstall it. 

Wood Rot - 2 Hours minimum

So long as it's not to bad, all wood rot can be easily repaired with automotive bondo. Bondo is water proof, sandable and paintable making it the perfect filler.

Window or Door Casing - 4 hours

This is with the wood already purchased and ready for install. If you can supply pictures and measurements I can bring what is needed or give you a purchase list. 

Window Operation Repair

Maybe! I'm not that good... most of the time. I can not repair most nonfunctioning windows. However recently a longtime client asked me to look at his daughters newer windows and I was able to save her thousands in immediate replacement cost.

Why do we make our own picture frame windows? 

Because we had it done for a client once by a professional manufacturing facility and it was a nightmare. The cost was ridiculous and it took over a month to complete! To make matters worse it was a simple picture frame window and the quality of the work was so poor that we realized that we could have manufactured a better frame ourselves and then had an insert placed at the glass shop. In the end the client was happy but we were not pleased with the process.
